Proper care of your gear helps extend its life. Here is what you need to know....
SUBLIMATED DRINKWARE: While most sublimated drinkware is top-rack dishwasher safe, it is possible that fading will occur over time. It is advised to hand wash your items with a non-abrasive scrub or dishcloth.
ENGRAVED DRINKWARE: It is preferred to hand wash your items with a non-abrasive scrub or dishcloth then air dry or dry with a soft cloth.
VINYL DECORATED TABLEWARE: Hand wash your items with a non-abrasive scrub or dishcloth. Air dry or dry with a soft cloth.
ECO-SOLVENT DECORATED TABLEWARE: While most eco-solvent drinkware is top-rack dishwasher safe, it is possible that fading or peeling will occur over time. To prolong the life of your decoration, hand wash your items with a non-abrasive scrub or dishcloth.
SUBLIMATED CLOTHES: Wash garment inside out with like colors using cold or warm water and mild soap or detergent. Do not use liquid fabric softener. Hang dry/Air dry flat to extend the life of your garment or machine dry inside out on low heat and remove from dryer immediately. Do NOT iron on decoration as this can damage your design and your iron. Do NOT dry clean or bleach.
SCREEN PRINTED, HTV, DTF AND ECO-SOLVENT DECORATED CLOTHES: Wait at least 24 hours before first wash so the design can fully cure. Machine wash inside out with cold or warm water using a mild detergent. Do not use liquid fabric softener. To etend the life of your garment, hang or lay flat to dry. You may also dry inside out on low-normal heat and remove from dryer immediately. Do not iron on decoration. This can cause damage to the garment as well as your iron. Do not dry clean or bleach.
